APPLY ONLINE

For new registration, Applicant must click onto 'APPLY ONLINE' button on the right hand panel to register. Instructions must be read carefully before scrolling down to proceed. During initial registration process, Applicant must enter his/her valid E-mail ID, valid Mobile No. Applicant must generate a password for future login process. Multiple Registration is not allowed using the same e-mail ID and Mobile no.

LOG IN

Registered Applicant may Login by clicking on to 'LOG IN' button on the right hand panel for filling up of application form, editing of form, uploading of photo, signature and relevant documents. Applicant may login at any time to download and print the final application form.
